I enjoyed your thoughts about young people in Ufology...it is definitely needed but at the same time it is great to have the people who have been around the field for a long time.Rosshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14159755866088294124noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7839436999869403520.post-79180151937269823172007-06-20T09:28:00.000-07:002007-06-20T09:28:00.000-07:0099% of the time I totally forget that I am "old" a...99% of the time I totally forget that I am "old" and then I pull up next to that car with the blasting music that sucks (IMO). And who knows, maybe we'll all learn something new. (At the same time, there is some things "they" can also learn from us.)

I"m just glad to see younger people getting involved, and that the potentional future (isn't all future "potentional?") of Fortean studies isn't doomed to die a stuffy old death, as some like to say.Regan Leehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13786586311631698822noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7839436999869403520.post-4958637064950141532007-06-20T03:21:00.000-07:002007-06-20T03:21:00.000-07:00What can ya do? We all wake up one day and realize that we no longer entirely fit in with younger people and that is when we start referring to them as younger, youths, children and whatever else.

99% of the time I totally forget that I am "old" and then I pull up next to that car with the blasting music that sucks (IMO). I think to myself that none of the music I listened to when I was young sucked that much and then I realize that I sound much like all the adults I hated when I was young. They told me that would happen, but I didn't believe it at the time.

So I say to the young ufologists, respect your elders to a point, but do things your own way without worrying about what they will think of it.LesleyinNMhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07650512451759278182noreply@blogger.com
