"Mystical Landscapes"

I haven't really painted since last year, and it feels good to be doing so again. This has nothing to do with UFOs or the paranormal, although some of my painting subjects are UFO-paranormal related. These are just semi-abstracty, impressionist type landscapes; Jim calls them my "mystical paintings." There's some glare on one, and I haven't figured out yet how to get the date stamp off (I'm a dork) which is wrong anyway. So far they're untitled but both are inspired by the Oregon coast.

The second one reminds me a lot of one of the altered-colored landscapes in the 2001 "star gate" sequence.

Beautiful...quite ethereal. Love these colors, and the way you blended them.

Thanks for sharing your talent with us.
