We saw the space station go by last night. I wonder how many UFO reports come in during the space station passing? You can still see it go by; check NASA's Spot the Space Station for specifics in your area.
When I was spending more time on YouTube, a very small percentage of UFO videos could be explained as the ISS. (It doesn't help that UFO videos on YouTube rarely give precise location, date or time).
Chinese lanterns and RC planes seem to cause more reports than the ISS. I have no stats, that's just an impression.
I have found these two sites useful for locating objects in the sky.
