The Message Is ...

(cross posted at UFOMystic)

Cover, Howard Menger's From Outer Space To You (1959)

The message is . . . well, doesn't seem to be a message. I've had telepathic communications with UFOs and "aliens." Nothing profound however. Or even silly, as in, no alien ever wanted to exchange  pancakes recipes.  All they did was say, in each encounter, "We're here!" Literally. Just letting me know they know that I know that they're about. Often verified by other witnesses, so, nice of "them" to confirm and not have me think I'm crazy.  But after that, nothing. No Space Visitor messages of universal love, no gentle chidings to start healing the planet before it's too late, no pedantic monologues about the workings of energy, vibrations, and how the flying saucer engines work.

Life long experiences, going back to childhood. Shared events; such as with my husband. (His, also going back to childhood.) Messages of personal confirmation. Why haven't I been told of cures for illness or given a message to spread to all of humanity? What about my recipe for pancakes? But maybe the message is -- as indeed I've been told many times by these invisible entities --  that the "message" is, simply, their existence.

They are here. That's not debatable. What more do you want?

Mike Clelland's "I now know..." Utah map, under the stars

Yesterday, I posted a link, with comments, to Mike Clelland's blog post "I now know." He "came out" and these two earlier posts of his give the context: (See " Sleeping Under the Stars, and Line on a map across Southern Utah.)

I mentioned to Mike earlier today that I had read his post about sleeping under the Utah skies, and, in a good example of denial/dancing (or scrambling) inside that loop, didn't see the obvious. And as to my own life -- and Jim's -- we still aren't seeing the obvious. So read the two posts Clelland has at his blog.

It's blogs such as Mike Clelland's, Lucetia Heart, Jeremy Vaeni, and many others, that are the  important stuff in UFOlogy. The "folk," the witnesses, the experiencers, contactees, abductees, whatever label -- the encounters presented just as they are, just as they've been experienced, by the ones who've experienced them. All of us are just trying to find out what happened. We journey through in various ways, but, in my experience (personal communications, intuitive feelings, shared or similar experiences, etc.) all of us are honest and clear in what we share with others.

Please consider boycotting Roswell and UFO Fest | New Mexico L.O.W.F.I

Please consider boycotting Roswell and UFO Fest | New Mexico L.O.W.F.I

hidden experience: I now know

hidden experience: I now know: Anyone who's followed my stuff, whether written or spoken, will know that I can drone on and on about the existential angst of not knowing. This has been a kind of mantra, the endless tape loop I repeat that I am NOT sure if I am really and truly an alien abductee. ~ Mike Clelland, hidden experience
I share this same philosophical view on the whole abductee experience. Including, as Mike further comments at his blog, the terms we use: abductee, experiencer, ...what? For myself, no term has seemed accurate, or, pleasant. Abductee sounds melodramatic, and experiencer sounds "politically correct" as one commentator said --  as well as weak and imposed: "You will be grateful  and joyous for the ET experience."

But that quoted paragraph from Mike does not stand by itself. There is more at his blog about this, and his revelation is encouraging, as well as curious -- what's to come? Among other things, maybe, just maybe, Jim (my dear one) and I will realize the obvious. The pattern, for both of us, going back to our childhoods, seems nothing but obvious, as well as nothing but --  nothing could possibly be, but -- fantastical. And therefore not at all real, and certainly not literal.  But then, is it obvious? Uh-oh, there I go again -- the "endless loop" Clelland, and many of us other "experiencers" (snort) run around in. So I'll stop, and refer you to Mike's blog.

Reptilians in the Denver Airpot Report at Phantoms and Monsters

You know I love stories of Reptilians; whether aliens, human cousins, or whatever they may be. Here's one encounter from a woman who found herself lost in the Denver airport:
Phantoms and Monsters: Paranormal Activity, Bigfoot, Mothman, UFOs and Other Unexplained Phenomena: As I am standing in this tunnel after getting off the train I was looking around and down the long hallways for a BATHROOM Part of my medical issue is constant need to urinate. Anyway I saw a weird very tall "sculpture" - kind of like a dinosaur but with alligator skin and a lizard face with BIG eyes. It didn't move and because I saw a lot of weird things at main entry of the airport I assumed it was another freaky art thing. BUT my phone rang it was Dr. Brookoff asking if I was in the airport. As I turned to go the direction he explained to me...THE WEIRD tall lizard looking thing was GONE - just GONE.

Jeremy Vaeni Excerpt

At his blog JayVay; Jeremy Vaeni shares an excerpt from "a sequel of sorts" to I Know Why The Aliens Don't Land! One Fierce Abduction Times Two | JayVay Here's a little bit:
I collapse onto my back and now see that there are three beings standing over me to my right. I am terrified but don’t scream. The beings are short, not more than four feet tall.  They are wearing brown tunics. Their skin is gray and from what I can see of their hooded heads they are bald. They have diminutive facial features, save for the eyes, which are huge black oval pools. If human eyes are the windows to the soul these eyes are windows to the infinite depths of everything.

There is something else curious about them: They have a playful nature. The one closest my face, at least, is smirking and exudes this childlike naivety. It is as if they want me to come play and yet I am horrified beyond the meaning of the term. They never speak a word to me. Wildcherry remains unconscious.

Demons and Deer

Thanks to Lesley Gunter at The Debris Field for the following links, both of which are very interesting for their perspectives on UFOs.

"The UFO manifestations seem to be, by and large, merely minor variations of the age-old demonological phenomenon. " (John A. Keel, The Trojan Horse)

Aliens are Demons We start with the following story link at UFO Disclosure blog: Experiences Changes Mind - Aliens Are Demons. Immediately the mind rebels: "demons?" That superstitious Christian fear based crap? But if we think of "demon" as an entity -- akin to Djinn, say -- and strip the label of its religious trappings, we might get somewhere. However, UFO Disclosure does not take any of these ideas seriously, commenting that he and Nick Redfern recently debated the idea of "demonic" forces at work within a UFO context. And the story itself, from "Messina" -- while described in somewhat sexist terms by UFO D. who paraphrases Messina's theory: "...including combining the missed periods of women in the 40's going thru the change of life - into being aborted by the aliens in their spaceship." (I've never interpreted my hot flashes as being alien induced probings, though they sure as hell feel damn supernatural sometimes.) Messina's story, about abductee Camille James Harman and linked to by UFO Disclosure, reports that Harman prayed for clarity regarding her alien encounters as she worked on her book about those encounters:
"I started to pray, 'God, give me an answer to this whole mystery. I want to have a useful conclusion.' I was then guided to read a couple of books that I hadn't come across in my research. (Later on), a profound feeling of grace came over me. I felt the divine, protected and guided." Harman considers herself a born-again Catholic."
Not just a born again Christian, but a born again Catholic. I find this distinction intriguing for its connection to Marian apparitions and UFOs. I find myself in a betwixt and between place with all this. Fear and religious constraints vs. non-human but not ET alien alien. Meaning, some non-human, intelligent force that's been with us for eons. John Keel is just one of many UFO researchers who long ago came to this conclusion. Really nothing new, yet still a shadowy kind of theory that hangs out on the fringes of UFOlogy. This is not to say other entities also exist, including literal ETs.

Deer Men and UFOs
I've been thinking on deer imagery in relation to UFOs for awhile now, as I wrote about not long ago. Besides the deer connection, the account of other animals and their behavior as signals something is definitely not at all right is a subject I've been following for some years. So I found this link at The Debris Field interesting: UFOs and Deer Men in Oklahoma, at Mysterious Universe. Very cool encounters, and scary as hell. Definite high strangeness!

UFO Magazine - UFO Magazine Blog - On This Date...

Alfred Lehmberg, on Laika:UFO Magazine - UFO Magazine Blog - On This Date...
"A hapless female—mongrel—dog ablates in icy space... Unloved and disrespected, yet a credit to the race. She starved to death; her air ran out; she burned up, but she suffered. She was the one, the first in space—concern not made, or offered.

She's "just a dog," beneath concern of shiny *honored* man. She was so completely terrified, and she couldn't understand. Her ass was shaved—electrodes placed—this side of vivisection... then blasted into inky space, bereft of all affection." ~ Alfred Lehmberg

RJStewart.org - Irish Faery Tradition

Thought this very excellent, passing it along, from one of the sages within faerydom:
RJStewart.org - Irish Faery Tradition: "What is generally called the “faery tradition” is seldom understood in full…it is usually limited to the academic study of folklore. You know the kind of thing, visit grandmother, ask her about faeries, write the answers down or nowadays tape them…get a grant, publish a book. But grandmother is speaking with a voice that comes down to us from prehistoric times…she is not merely relating quaint countryside Irish beliefs. Not at all…she is telling us that the land is alive teeming with energetic spiritual forces that over the centuries, the millenniums even, became personified as myriad forms: some human, some animal, some a mixture, theriomorphic forms that combine human, bird, animal, fish. Most of all, she is telling us stories about how to live, how to relate, how to be integrated within the living land. You will not get a government grant for that."

Deaf Dream, Archangel Metatron

This doesn't have anything to do with UFOs, but I find the following interesting for several reasons, mainly, the synchronicity involved. As always, wondering about the connection, if any, between synchroniciites and paranormal/UFO experiences.

I had two dreams last night. I think of them as two different dreams but they could have been the same dream, who knows. I'm leaving out some details, but the basics:

I'm at work (which is a school) in the underground parking/storage area. (There's no actual such place in the "real" world school; the dream mind made this up.) There's a steep driveway that goes down from the sidewalk to the underground area,* and an automatic garage type door that's closed about two thirds of the way, exposing a small opening. Daylight comes through; it's dim inside the parking/storage area but light outside. I'm not sure what I'm doing in here -- fixing something or looking for something maybe -- but I'm on my knees, doing whatever it is I'm doing. I hear, inside my head, a switch being flicked off (or on) and abruptly, I go deaf. Completely deaf. Not just hard of hearing, or muffled sounds, but deaf. I cannot hear a goddamn thing. Of course I'm terrified, very panicky. The custodian sees me through this opening (in "real life" he's a very nice person) and sees that's something wrong. I'm screaming -- or think I am, I'm deaf, so it's hard to tell -- "I can't hear!!!!! I can't hear!!!!" He comes inside and to see the extent of my deafness, he jumps up and down around me, makes all kinds of noise, but I can't hear a thing. He then tells me - - and in typical dream logic, I can "hear" him even though I can't hear -- that he's taking me to the hospital and I have nothing to say about it; he's worried and he's taking me. I call my husband -- again, makes no sense but seems logical in dream time -- to meet us there.

Later (same dream? different?) I'm working with a student who is deaf. I'm not, I'm using sign language to communicate. Except, I don't know sign language! And I'm wondering why is it the school system has me assigned to this student when I am clearly not qualified. There's another teacher with us who does know sign language but I'm expected to take the lead and it seems to be all right with this teacher that I don't know what the hell I'm doing. Somehow, I manage to fumble through and communicate with this student.
*I did have a dream about blue-suited aliens in a parking garage sometime back.

This morning I awoke and read the following item in today's paper: Researchers document distinctive Hawaii Sign Language.

Some dream interpretations resources say that dreams of losing your hearing has to do with financial success; prosperity, windfalls. I have been working on this and Archangel Metatron (which seems to be the archangel that communicates the strongest and most immediately with me.) One thought that came to me: finding ways to communicate in spite of perceived obstacles. I go deaf, but can still understand and communicate. I teach another who is deaf, and while I don't know her language, I can still communicate with her, despite flaws in the system (assigning me to her in the first place.) Me being "underground" not a bad thing. Hidden, different, not many aware of the place, but light comes through, help comes through (the custodian) and I seem to know all about it and in fact, am working there.  Overall, a positive dream.

Here's what angel healer and author Doreen Virtue writes about archangel Metatron:
If you feel drawn to help children (your own, or children in general), ask Metatron for an assignment that mirrors your natural talents and interests. Metatron works closely with psychic and sensitive kids, and he loves to help adults help these children. If you need more time, money, ideas, contacts, or other support for this mission, call upon Metatron. He'll help you manifest your needs so you focus can be directed toward his bellowed Crystal and Indigo Children.

I didn't know this about Metatron at the time of my dream; for whatever reason, and to my surprise, he's been coming through to me for some time. Since I work with children from ages six through 14, I found this another synchronicity!
