Fighting the Djinn

Now, I've been very interested in learning about the Djinn for some time. Particularly the relationship between some UFO/alien encounters and Djinn. One book high on my list is Rosemary Ellen Guiley's The Djinn Connection: The Hidden Links Between Djinn, Shadow People, ETs, Nephilim, Archons, Reptilians & Other Entities.
Guiley was on Coast to Coast last night, and as usual, I listened to some of the interview but had to go to sleep (damn it! I should probably sign up for the Coast to Coast insider) and I had a very disturbing dream. I really don't remember much in way of details -- my dreams are usually extremely detailed -- and it wasn't a pleasant dream. The emotion, the feeling, was so unpleasant; I'd call it a nightmare, and in many ways it was, but I was half-awake the whole time. All I remember is finding myself in some gray astral realm where the Djinn lived, and they were not pleasant beings at all. Very mean individuals. And I, I was doing whatever I could to get away. I couldn't get away physically -- it was like I was stuck in some sort of astral plane quicksand -- but with sheer force of emotion, intense anger (after all, they were pissing me off!) I called upon every positive thing, force, and being I could think of to help me get out of there. For awhile, every time I managed to get out of the strange gray "quicksand" I only became stuck all over again. Maybe less so each time, but not an easy thing to do, escape this realm. Finally, after exhausting myself with prayer, anger, force of will and just plain fighting them, I got away. The Djinn were both happy with my struggles -- a game to them -- as well as displeased I was thinking about them.

I read this on Guiley's site about the Djinn:
FAQS About the Djinn | Vengeful Djinn: Q: Can the Djinn cause nightmares?

A: Yes, like some other entities, they can cause unpleasant dreams, especially “dreams” that are real experiences in an alternate reality. When they wish to manipulate and control, they are capable of interfering in sleep.

There is also this, about getting rid of Djinn:
Q: Are there ways to minimize Djinn visitations?

A: Like dealing with all kind of entities, one must often experiment to find an effective solution, as results vary by individual. However, many people have found that leaving lights, radios and television sets on dampen down paranormal experiences in general. The fields of energy generated by these devices may interfere with the energy fields of the Djinn, as well as other kinds of entities. Some people also have success with prayer, invocations of angels, and with forcefully telling the intruders to leave.

From Thomas Sheridan Arts - Articles: Obsessive Debunking Disorder (ODD)?

You know I love this. Very good piece!
Thomas Sheridan Arts - Articles: Obsessive Debunking Disorder (ODD)?: We have all encountered them. The men and women of 'reason'. The self-appointed guardians and vanguards of materialist dogma along with their absolute faith and belief in official government and corporate press releases. The debunker, the hardcore skeptic—how they love to compulsively ridicule and mock all they deem 'pseudoscience' and 'conspiracy theory'—while also declaring anyone who thinks outside the box or questions the prevailing orthodoxy, a "moron" and a "tard". Matters not how solid the evidence you present them with is, nor how flimsy their own state-sanctioned 'hard science' which they smugly offer up as their rebuttal; they are driven by a messianic compulsion to root out unscientific 'idiots' with all the zeal and fanaticism similar to that of a Dominican or Jesuit charging through southern France in the twelfth century seeking out 'heretics' for the burning. Irony does not even come into their myopic worldview—unless of course a government, corporate or university press office states this. Then it becomes an undisputed fact. Thanks to the likes of Richard Dawkins and Christoper Hitchens, these Internet-bound warriors of rationality see 'Creationists' and 'hidden Christians' around every corner and seek to root them out and expose them as part and parcel of their own peculiar secular witch hunt mentality.

Recent UFO Sightings in Oregon (From 2012)

A MUFON report of a UFO sighting in Eugene from September 2012. Interesting to me because the location of the sighting is less than 2 miles from where I live, and, the description of the UFO "...trying to imitate a chameleon..." is very interesting, reminding me of another Eugene sighting where the object seemed to disappear but was still visible when the tape was slowed down -- object darkened in color trying to blend into the sky. Also, the witness reports the UFO as having flames, which is confusing to witness if the UFO was trying to camouflage itself. Which brought to mind my recent blog post for UFO Mystic about emitted beams of light from some UFOs.
Recent UFO Sightings in Oregon | Strange: The ship was changing it’s colors from dark blues to black. It was trying to imitate a chameleon, but I’m not sure why the ship was fine with such a noticeable exhaust.
The rest of the report at link. Scroll down a bit until you reach "Recent Sightings in Oregon."

UK schools still using staged UFO crashes in curriculum | Openminds.tv

An eerie bit of synchronicity; I was just discussing these types of staged scenarios in UK schools, including the UFO themed ones, to a like minded co-worker two days ago. (Like minded co-worker was quite astutely discussing the possibility of the Boston marathon bombings as not not being quite the picture presented to us by the mainstream media.) I've been writing about these fake events in the UK and the United States for awhile now. And here we have a report of the most recent staged disaster:
UK schools still using staged UFO crashes in curriculum | Openminds.tv: Kids at the Berrow Church of England Primary School in England’s Somerset county recently investigated wreckage from a crashed alien spacecraft. Police Community Support Officers from the Avon and Somerset Constabulary were present to tape off the scene of this staged crash that served as a creative writing assignment for the school’s year two students (generally ages six and seven). According to the Weston & Somerset Mercury, a letter from extraterrestrial visitors was “found” at this crash site, asking if the local village is a good place for an extraterrestrial landing. After investigating the crash, the students were tasked with writing response letters to the extraterrestrials.

This recent instance of a UFO crash being incorporated into a school’s curriculum is just one of many that have taken place at UK schools in recent years.

In all of these staged events in the UK, be they UFO scenarios or other events, the reason given is often the "creative thinking" explanation. In other cases, fostering "critical thinking skills" is the reason. Also, in many of the staged events, the local police are actively involved. As I've asked in previous blog posts concerning these fake scenes, what are the police doing with tax payer monies, not to mention wasting the public's time by play acting in schools?

Another common factor in these staged scenes is violence. In one case in the UK, a teacher was "killed" in front of students and staff.  Other cases: the start of WW III, with sirens and bombing effects while students hid in the school basement, and mangled alien claws, or hands, at the site of a crashed flying saucer.

And, also in many of these cases, parents are not informed of these staged scenarios.

Accurate Citation: Chris O'Brien's Stalking the Trickster

Chris O'Brien, in his Stalking the Tricksters: Shapeshifters, Skinwalkers, Dark Adepts and 2012 writes:
Another recent incident of a so-called "man-bat" sighting was e-reported to Tim Binnell (sic) by a witness in Oregon.
This is the so-called "e-report" O'Brien writes that Tim received:
The "thing" was about 15 ft. from the witness at about 1:15 A.M. behind his house. He accidentally locked himself out of his house while working in his garage late last night. He went around to the back of his house to climb in through a window. He heard something and used the light from his cell phone, pointing it in the direction of the sound. The thing had a human form only quite large over seven feet with red reflecting eyes and very large wings. It jumped into the air flying off with the sound of massive air displacement with each wing stroke.

Actually, that passage was from my article Sacrificial Lambs Unto the Demon: Batsquatch in Oregon, May 5, 2009 that I wrote for my Trickster's Realm column, which appears on Tim Binnall's site.

In the notes section, the link to the article is given, but without credit to name, title or column.

Exploring the Question: Are UFOs and The Paranormal World Connected?

Diane Tessman, at UFO Digest, asks:
Exploring the Question: Are UFOs and The Paranormal World Connected?: Why can’t we humans handle the combination of UFOs and The Paranormal and get this UFO enigma figured out?
Good question. My own experiences confirm that yes, there are paranormal aspects to much of the UFO phenomena.

New Facebook Pic

I changed my Facebook profile picture the other night to this:

I thought it a perfect image to represent me. Love its retro look and the time era fits, and the U.F.O. book in her hand, what could be better? No idea though about the photo's history. Thanks to UFO cinema expert Robbie Graham of Silver Screen Saucers,  who commented on FB that the image is from "...the 'Steve Canyon' TV show (1959), Episode 'Project UFO', which was censored by the Air Force." I need to know more about that! Googling this I came across some very interesting links. YouTube doesn't have much on this specific episode, but I did find this:

Shepherd Johnson also left a comment about the woman in the photo. She is Julie Adams, "...who starred in 'Creature from the Black Lagoon'" one of my favorite monster movies, a classic of course, from 1954 -- the year I was born.

email: Donovan at the Hollywood Bowl

I get emails. Here's the latest in response to a Trickster's Realm column I wrote at Tim Binnall's site about a Donovan concert I attended. Maybe.
Donovan was at the Hollywood Bowl. It was 1969. (not '68) You describe it perfectly. Do you remember the soda can rolling down the stairs ? - that was me. Dorinda Sent from my iPad

I Come From Circus Folk

I do, I really do. Nothing to do with the paranormal or UFOs,although there is the general Fortean aspect to carnivals and clowns, of course. Just promoting one of my blogs. I've actually had this blog for awhile now and haven't kept up with it much, but there is a new link from Robert Barrow's blog that I found interesting.I Come From Circus Folk

A very interesting Interview with William Bramley | Ancient Origins

I bought Bramley's book years ago. I was in an airport, waiting for a flight, wandered into the little gift shop there, and his paperback was on the rack. This was many years ago, just as I was beginning to explore All That Is UFO. I didn't know anything about the book or the author. But I loved the book, and have reread it a couple of times since then.  I find myself agreeing with just about all he has to say about the history of ET intervention -- or is interference a more appropriate word?

We're lucky to have a current interview with Bramley, where he discusses the purpose of aliens. Not an encouraging picture of things to come concerning ET:
A very interesting Interview with William Bramley | Ancient Origins: When you look at UFO abduction reports, you see that humans are treated a lot like livestock. Humans are abducted against their will, they are immobilized, and they have physical procedures performed on them that are often reproductive in nature. The humans are not necessarily treated cruelly, but neither are they treated with the dignity of equals.

To control a large population, you can't build a large pen around it like you can around a herd of cattle. At least two famous thinkers--Machiavelli and Sun Tzu -- spelled out what you do instead. You get the population to endlessly squabble and fight amongst themselves. The theory of my book is simply that this technique may have been applied to the human race as a whole. If the theory is true, I don't think that the ETs necessarily consider themselves sinister. Such a method of controlling the human population would simply be a necessary management technique in their minds.
The above quoted passage is perhaps cynical. The problem with pulling a quote from an article or piece of prose is that you've left the rest out. Which to choose to highlight? But I found these words from Bramley connecting the dots of what's happening globally right now to be accurate in terms of the larger ET picture:
In today's society, we are seeing a gradual consolidation of the human food supply into ever fewer hands as the result of corporate farming, seed patents, and the loss of bees and other pollinators what will cause us to become more dependent on grains which are becoming increasingly monopolized through seed patents. If these trends continue, a time will be reached when it will be possible to abruptly pull the plug on a very large portion of the global food supply and cause a relentless worldwide famine. At the same time, some governments continue to stockpile biological weapons that those governments can probably be induced to release during a time of dire stress.  Religious radicalism is being kept alive, and in the event that the food supply is massively cut and a pandemic starts, we can expect to see religious radicals of all persuasions induce people to commit slaughters of the non-believers who will be blamed for the catastrophe just like the Christians did to the Jews during the Black Death.  If the pattern holds, then somewhere in this entire process we can expect to see a much more visible manifestation of UFOs as they eradicate the surviving humans.
Dismal. But, while I share Bramley's views, there is much more to this dystopian alien take-over scenario.   Some might call it "God" -- Christians, for example -- I don't buy into that paradigm. But I do think sheer human consciousness raising as well as angelic and spirit intercession can transcend this potential future, as well as other ET forms who might alter events.

What is it? Object in Oregon Coast Sky

Photo: Regan Lee, winter, Yachats, OR (coast ) 2012
The above image came out pixalated like this; except it was more of a black dot. Immediately became pixalated when I tried to get a closer look by zooming in.  I took it with a funky digital camera; a cheapo I bought on sale a few years ago at Radio Shack.

When I took the picture, I was just randomly taking shots of the sky. A few birds up there, but that was it. I didn't see anything unusual in the sky at all; no UFOs, oddly shaped planes or craft, etc. (And I'm always hoping, of course!)

Got home, uploading the images. And this pixalated thing showed up. I've tried to get a clearer image; changing size, color, ratio, and so on but nothing. And I'm no camera expert, by any means.

So if anyone has any idea what this is -- and my mind is going towards a cloaked craft of some kind, although, don't get excited, it's likely a government monitoring device -- I welcome your opinions.

Signals From Heaven: The Enigmatic Iridium Flare Phenomenon - The Gralien Report

Good to know. From Micah Hanks: Signals From Heaven: The Enigmatic Iridium Flare Phenomenon - The Gralien Report:
In the animation above, one can see a particularly strange looking phenomenon that, when observed as it passes over in the night sky, can appear quite otherworldly. Watch the animation closely… have you ever witnessed this before? If so, what is it?
